We are looking for an IT Application Support to act as the first point of contact for business users regarding issues with our internal E-Invoice and Sales systems. You will work closely with users to gather issues and requirements, coordinate with developers/vendors to investigate root causes, and ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.


  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with software applications. 
  • Providing technical assistance to users, including answering questions, guiding them through application usage, and offering solutions to problems. 
  • Ensuring applications are running smoothly by performing tasks like installing updates, configuring systems, and monitoring performance.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for application usage and troubleshooting, as well as providing training to users on new features or applications. 
  • Working with development teams, vendors, and other IT staff to coordinate fixes, enhancements, and new deployments.
  • Managing and resolving incidents related to application performance and functionality, often using ticketing systems.
  • Monitoring application performance, identifying potential issues, and proactively addressing them to ensure optimal system availability. 
  • Investigating the underlying causes of application issues to prevent recurrence and implement effective solutions.
  • Managing application configurations, ensuring they are consistent and meet business requirements. 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support, application support, or software-related roles is a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting or deploying E-Invoice or Sales systems is a strong plus.
  • Technical background (understanding of how systems are built or customized); development experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, databases, and common software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
