- Monitor and follow up on customer payment collections and ensure timely updates to accounts receivable and sales collection reports.

- Issue sales invoices to customers accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

- Coordinate with the Procedure Team to consolidate and verify disbursement-related data and upload validated information into the internal system.

- Collaborate with the Reporting Team to support the preparation of financial statements, particularly in areas related to accounts receivable.

- Maintain proper filing, confidentiality, and security of all accounting records, financial documents, and contracts in accordance with internal control requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles; experience in accounts receivable is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing environments.
