Working Time: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 | Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00 

Working Location: CornerStone Building, No. 16 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi

• Support to check the accuracy of sales reports from the Sales team.  
• Follow up on sales collections from customers, update collection reports, and monitor outstanding payments.  
• Support to alert late payments from buyers.  
• Verify customer payments and amounts received against bank statements.  
• Support to check the accuracy of invoices issued to buyers and handle invoice issuance.  
• Assist with bank reconciliation and reconciliation of customer receipts with B/S accounts.  
• Check the accuracy of relevant reports and accounting data.  
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team to verify customers’ financial eligibility for handover.  
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management. 

• A graduate majoring in Accounting and Auditing is preferred 
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting 
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, etc.) 
• Familiarity with accounting software 
• Can communicate in English 
• Careful and detail-oriented 
• Well-organized, honest, and highly committed 
• Good communication skills and teamwork
