The Logistic Executive will be based at our facility and be responsible for managing purchase orders and coordinating international logistics operations to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain processes. The role involves liaising with custom brokers, reviewing shipping documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. The agent will maintain accurate records and communicate with global teams to meet delivery schedules. The agent will have to call suppliers frequently to get updates on the delivery dates and get the required documentation.

• Manage purchase orders, including filing, summarizing, and following up for timely execution
• Liaise with custom brokers to ensure smooth import/export processes
• Review and verify shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists)
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain detailed records of logistics activities and ensure compliance with international regulations
• Communicate with Canada logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries

• Excellent communication skills in English for working with international stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in international logistics and import/export operations
• In-depth knowledge of international logistics, shipping, and customs procedures
• Proven experience in managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
