• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare testing documentation and test reports.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with business requirements before release.

Must Have

• 5 years of experience in Manual Testing / Software Quality Control.
• Strong experience in test case design and test execution.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.
• Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• English and Vietnam is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in WMS, ERP, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or related domains.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with Postman scripting.
• Basic exposure to test automation.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other test management tools.
• French language proficiency is a strong plus.
