While the company is currently participating in partner-led residential development projects, there is potential for leading independent sales and brand development in the future. The role is a prospective candidate for the Director position.

• Support sales of large-scale residential development projects as a developer.
• Research and Analyze sales policies and marketing strategies of competitor projects in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.
• Analyze and Propose the sales policies in partner’s proposals.
• Sharing sales status and progress management with the construction and investment departments.
• Approach and build relationships with the partner’s sales team and sales agents.
• Support the promotion and sales of digital products to sales agents and developers, more desirable to network with residential sales agencies.

• University graduation (Bachelor's Degree or above). No criteria for a university major, but a Finance / Accounting degree is preferable.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese.
• Good command of English, particularly in writing & speaking. (Equivalent to TOEIC of 850, IELTS 6.5 or above)
• Proficiency in office computer applications, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate sector.
• Proven experience in lead research, market analysis, and business development.
• Strong analytical skills and research abilities with the capability to recommend actionable insights.
• Complying with international standards.
