Key Responsibilities

Creates memorable in-person experiences that convert prospects into buyers through well-executed events and sales gallery touchpoints. 

• Plan and execute offline marketing activities including project kick-off events, preview events, launch events, open houses, roadshows, agent events, client appreciation events, and other sales activations. 
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality event experiences that reflect the project’s positioning, brand story, and customer journey. 
• Manage production and delivery of key sales and presentation tools, including architectural models, perspectives, animations, sales gallery displays, mock-up units, presentation materials, and event collaterals. 
• Support sales gallery design coordination, ensuring that the physical environment, customer flow, visual displays, and storytelling elements are aligned with the brand and sales objectives. 
• Work closely with creative, digital, sales, project, and agency teams to ensure all offline touchpoints are consistent, premium, and effective in engaging target buyers. 
• Source, brief, and manage vendors for event setup, production, staging, AV, catering, gifts, print materials, installations, and on-ground activations. 
• Prepare event timelines, work plans, checklists, budgets, guest flow, run-downs, and post-event reports to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement. 
• Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, invitations, registration, guest reception, hospitality, manpower planning, VIP arrangements, and on-site troubleshooting. 
• Monitor event quality, customer experience, attendance, lead generation, and follow-up readiness to support sales conversion. 
• Ensure all offline marketing materials and event outputs comply with brand guidelines, approval processes, budget requirements, and project timelines. 

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, event management, property launches, luxury retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines. 
• Good sense of customer experience, visual presentation, and brand consistency. 
• Able to work closely with sales teams and understand how events contribute to lead nurturing and conversion. 
• Hands-on, organised, resourceful, and able to solve problems quickly during live events. 
• Comfortable managing budgets, quotations, production schedules, and event documentation. 
• Good communication skills in briefing vendors, coordinating stakeholders, and managing on-ground teams. 
• Demonstrated knowledge with AI content generation tools through portfolio examples. 
• Technical curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
