Mô tả công việc
- Assist with onboarding procedures for new employees (e.g., document collection, system entry).
- Help coordinate monthly payroll processes: collect working hours, follow up with employees on timesheet confirmation, check payroll, and send payslips.
- Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payslips, insurance, and benefits.
- Scan, file, and store employee documents in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
- Participate in cross-functional projects or other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive & responsible.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
