Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) Inspector

1. Final Product Inspection 

• Perform final product verification, which may include tests to ensure the product meets specifications. 
• Perform visual and functional inspections on finished products before packaging and shipment. 
• Check for defects, incorrect labeling, and packaging issues. 
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. 
• Record and report inspection results, defects, and non-conformance issues. 

2. Quality Compliance & Documentation 

• Follow quality control checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Document inspection results, rejection rates, and defect trends in the appropriate repository. 
• Assist in updating quality control reports and time sheets. 
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and customer requirements. 

3. Defect Handling & Process Improvement 

• Work with production supervisors to identify and resolve quality issues. 
• Communicate defects and suggest corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. 

4. Coordination with Other Teams 

• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and packaging teams to maintain a smooth workflow. 
• Ensure rejected items are properly handled and reworked if necessary. 
• Support audits and customer quality inspections when required.

• College degree or relevant certification in Quality Management, Quality Control, Electronics, or Manufacturing is preferred. 
• 1-3 years of experience in final OQC testing, quality inspection, electronics manufacturing, or a related field. 
• Understanding of inspection methods, defect classification, and quality control processes. 
• Familiarity with measuring tools, quality checklists, and reporting systems. 
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities. 
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) and/or English.
