1. Packaging Operations 

• Ensure all internal documentation and components are properly installed in accordance with SOPs prior to sealing the product box. 
• Ensure proper handling and packaging of finished products before shipment. 
• Follow packaging guidelines to prevent product damage and ensure compliance with customer requirements. 
• Apply labels, barcodes, and necessary documentation correctly. 
• Monitor packaging materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operations. 

2. Quality & Compliance 

• Inspect packaging for defects, incorrect labels, or missing components. 
• Ensure all packaging meets product specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. 
• Work with Quality Control (OQC) and production teams to resolve packaging-related issues. 
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to avoid contamination or mix-ups. 

3. Inventory & Documentation 

• Keep track of packaging materials, stock levels, and reordering needs. 
• Update packaging records, timesheets, and reports for tracking purposes. 
• Report any material shortages, defects, or operational delays to supervisors. 

4. Process Improvement 

• Suggest improvements in packaging efficiency, material usage, and waste reduction. 
• Assist in testing new packaging methods or materials for better performance. 
• Support training new operators in correct packaging procedures. 

• Work Location: Long An, Vietnam
• Graduated from Intermediate level/Vocational school (or higher). 
• 1-2 years of experience in a packaging process, preferably in packaging, warehouse operations, electronics or manufacturing. 
• High discipline, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) and/or English.
