1. Production Line Operation 

• Able to learn and execute line operator level tasks with skill and quality execution. 
• Able to train and demonstrate line operator level tasks to operators on the line in real time. 

2. Production Management 

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations in alignment with production schedules. 
• Supervise assembly lines and soldering processes, ensuring all steps are executed correctly. 
• Monitor and optimize production output, efficiency, and waste reduction to meet company targets. 
• Identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions to improve productivity. 

3. Team Leadership & Workforce Management 

• Lead a team of production operators, providing clear instructions, training, and support to maintain high performance. 
• Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, shift schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Track and manage attendance, time sheets, and overtime, ensuring labor laws and internal policies are followed. 
• Support the recruitment and training of new operators, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle production tasks efficiently. 

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance 

• Ensure production meets quality standards and required specifications. 
• Collaborate with OQC Inspectors to identify defects and implement corrective actions. 
• Conduct inspections and audits to uphold ISO, safety, and company standards. 
• Enforce safety protocols and provide necessary training. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies. 

5. Collaboration with Other Departments 

• Work closely with Warehouse staff to manage incoming materials, ensuring a steady supply for production. 
• Support engineering and maintenance teams in resolving technical issues related to machinery and production lines.

• College degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.  
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an electronics manufacturing or related industry.  
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. 
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production tracking software, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.  
• Experience managing production teams, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. 
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams (OQC, Warehouse, Packaging, Engineering). 
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or English communication skills.
