The Project Engineer will be based at our supplier’s factory and be responsible for implementing new projects and overseeing daily engineering tasks related to production parts and new project samples. The role involves identifying and resolving issues, supporting suppliers in improving quality, and ensuring adherence to project implementation and production schedules. The engineer will also assist in sourcing new suppliers.

• Monitor and manage development schedules for new projects 
• Oversee production parts and new project samples to ensure quality and adherence to delivery schedules 
• Follow up on NCR corrective and permanent actions to prevent recurring quality issues 
• Review and analyze Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents 
• Provide technical and quality support to suppliers. 
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers, and quote new projects with them. 

• Fluent in spoken and written English language skills 
• Engineering degree with 5-8 years of experience
• Great understanding of engineering drawings, particularly tolerances 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Self-motivated, as the role involves working independently at supplier factories, with most communication with Vietnam and Canada teams via video calls, some could be in the evenings sometimes 
• We need someone who can find solutions with the supplier to get samples and production parts on time 
• Work location at District 2, HCMC. Frequent travels to Cu Chi, Dong Nai, and other places in the South with transport provided, and some travels to the North. Most travel will be same day, and you come back home.
