• Implement and maintain quality systems and control plan processes across production and supplier sites
• Lead problem-solving initiatives, taking immediate action on quality issues and ensuring permanent solutions
• Build and monitor a follow-up system for NCRs, from issue identification to root cause resolution
• Document problems, solutions, and standard work instructions (e.g., 8D, 5 Why)
• Review and submit supplier PPAP documentation on time per customer requirements
• Audit and validate new suppliers, and evaluate current supplier quality performance
• Some online meetings with our customers to review our action plans and other tasks required by the customer.

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in quality engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in team management
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as PPAP, control plans, 8D, and 5 Why
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Willing to travel frequently to supplier factories in Củ Chi, Đồng Nai, Bắc Ninh, Hưng Yên, and other locations as needed (transportation and accommodation provided; most trips return same day)
