• Welcoming guests coming to the office
• Receiving & transferring phone calls/parcels to the right people in charge with careful record
• Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Organizing, arranging, and coordinating meetings
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Supporting administrative tasks relating to office stationery when assigned by the line manager

• A female, good-looking appearance is a plus
• Able to communicate in English (especially listening and speaking skills)
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
• Willing to learn & commute to workplaces around Ho Chi Minh City
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Friendly, supportive, and highly responsible

• Starting salary from 7 mil VND
