Recruitment Intern

Our dynamic and innovative one-stop-shop business is dedicated to providing agile and creative Corporate services and HR solutions. This internship offers a comprehensive talent acquisition and HR practices, setting you on the path to becoming a HR professional.

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Database Management: Help maintain and organize candidate data in the recruitment system.
• Recruitment Marketing: Contribute to the creation and posting of job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• General HR Support: Get exposure to other HR functions, such as onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, monthly payroll to broaden your HR knowledge.

• ENGLISH IS A MUST (Speaking & Writing).
• Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates.
• Can work full - time (at least 4 days/week), 4 months.
• Be care, think outside of the box and confidence.
• Willing to learn and can become full - time staff is a plus.
• Subject to program termination if violating policies or deviating from SOA's culture
