• Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts for various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regular regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Create and manage test data to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results.
• Continuously evaluate and improve test automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years focused on test automation.
• In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
• Experience with API testing and automation tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Ability to design and implement test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing and deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience automating web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database structure and ability to write queries to validate data integrity.
• Proficiency with version control systems.
• Ability to think critically about how users will interact with the software.
• Very good time management and time tracking skills.
• Very good level of English.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
