We are seeking a talented and motivated C# .NET and Golang Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

• Application Development: Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.
• Database Management: Utilize PostgreSQL for database design, performance optimization, and writing efficient queries to support application functionalities.
• Code Migration: Lead the migration of existing .NET applications to Golang, ensuring best practices are followed for performance and maintainability.
• Architecture Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define software architecture and design patterns that align with business needs and enhance system performance.
• Code Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews, implement unit tests, and maintain high coding standards through continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Performance Tuning: Analyze application performance metrics and implement optimizations to ensure applications run efficiently.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers, sharing best practices and encouraging professional growth within the team.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software defects and production issues, providing timely support and solutions

• Code Migration: Proven experience migrating applications from .NET to Golang, with a solid understanding of both languages and their ecosystems.
• Database Skills: In-depth experience with PostgreSQL, including database schema design, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC frameworks.
• Software Design: Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems to manage code changes effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese. (English/French is a plus.)
