1. Financial Reporting and stakeholder communication:

• Direct the preparation and review of financial reporting, including KPI-based reporting to senior management and stakeholders in the company.
• Close coordination with accounting to ensure accurate and well-aligned reporting base of financial figures.

2. Business Planning & Budgeting: Support the management in the implementation of the annual business planning process (financial planning) and coordinate the annual budgeting process.

3. Profitability & Pricing: Provide profitability analysis of products / strategic segments in close alignment with senior management.

4. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial control processes, leverage technology, and enhance efficiency while maintaining a strong control environment.

5. Change Management: Lead and support initiatives related to system implementations, process enhancements, and regulatory changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial control or accounting within the banking or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of banking products and operations.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in a complex, multinational environment, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS), regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial control and risk management.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information effectively.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
