The Temporary Human Resources (HR) Administrator is responsible for assisting the recruitment plan execution and training management, managing HR Management system and providing assistance for the HR day-to-day operations.


  • Execute the recruitment plan to ensure the right talents in the right positions at the right time, in compliance with the internal policy and local regulations
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new personnel
  • Facilitate the training implementation, monitor and forecast the training budget utilization, maintain the training database, organize in-house training programs, evaluate the training effectiveness, report and propose continuous improvement
  • Implement and ensure HSES training compliance for all employees in consultation with HSES and Legal
  • Support the performance process and system
  • Provide support with HR management systems including maintaining accurate data and user support, generating the personnel data reports and analytics from the HR Management system for routine reporting or ad-hoc requests (demography, absence, turnover, overtime, etc.)
  • Arrange and administer the annual health check in accordance with the legal requirements
  • The Temporary HR Administrator is a member of the Emergency Response Team.
  • Provide administrative assistance (meeting arrangement, presentation materials, progress tracking) for other HR initiatives as and when required

Skills/Experience:

  • Having at least 04 years of working experience; not necessarily in the Oil and Gas industry although this would be a plus
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be fluent in English; writing, reading, speaking, listening.


Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • A professional certificate in Human Resources Management is a plus


Knowledge (e.g. systems, software, procedures, regulations):

  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices
  • Understanding of local labor law
  • Microsoft Office and Windows proficiency
