Senior HRBP

Recruitment  

• Job Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. 
• Sourcing and Job Posting: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract candidates. 
• Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability. 
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle onboarding preparations. 

Employee Relations  

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 
• Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to foster a positive work environment. 
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. 

Learning & Development (L&D)  

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives 
• Career Development: Support employees' career growth through mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities.

Others tasks required by managers (can be related to C&B)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or similar roles. 
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
