Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Solution Architects (2 headcounts) for a 12-month digital transformation project with one of the top banks in Vietnam. The selected candidates will work directly onsite at the client’s office.

+ Work Location: Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi – Client Site

+ Project Duration: 12 months

+ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Design solutions for system components and shared components used by multiple teams/squads, ensuring compliance with the overarching architecture.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (Business, Technical, Operations, etc.) to define and agree on solutions meeting business, technical, and operational requirements.

• Develop guidelines and standards for development, programming, collaboration flows (branching model), and API standards, ensuring performance, security, fault tolerance, scalability, and integration.

• Supervise and support technical teams when necessary.

• Propose technical options (including database-related ones) and select the best approach in terms of timeline and quality.

• At least 7 years of experience in solution development, IT system deployment, and integration, with a minimum of 5 years in the financial and banking sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in:

- IT solution design, creating comprehensive solution architecture documentation.

- Applying microservice design principles, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.

• Successfully led and completed go-live of at least 1 IT system development project as a Solution Architect.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
