Mô tả công việc
- Actively prospect targeted customers. Search, identify, enter in contact with local potential customer companies (B2B). Listen to our customer needs and detect potential new revenue streams.
- Initiate and lead sales negotiations. Draw up commercial offers while ensuring to be in line with APAC Pricing strategy. Win new businesses and contribute to growth according to group plans and strategy.
- Providing frequent reporting and sales analysis (yearly sales budget, monthly forecasts, bi-monthly sales results analysis, yearly sales budget)
- Share information and escalate topics in due time for agile reaction within the group.
- Technical presentations of our products. Occasional installation of machines for demonstration at customers.
- Identify and participate to tech shows, fairs and events. Lead the preparation process when we decide to hold a booth.
- Perimeter of work: Vietnam and countries surrounding it in Southeast Asia. Regular domestic and abroad travels expected. Driving license needed.
- Market study and information gathering, identify and analyze new trends in the Automotive Refinish Paint industry / Decoration market.
- Be the main window person for existing accounts and ensure local information is properly escalated internally in a timely basis.
- Hunt for new customers and prospects. Build a network and maintain good communication with key stakeholders.
- Report to management located in Japan and work / cooperate closely with internal stakeholders (China / France / APAC colleagues). Provide organizational support when visitors are coming.

- Native-level Vietnamese skills required
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least a minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment at manufacturers or B2B distributors.
- Must have experience is: day to day management of Key B2B accounts, new product introduction / price increase negotiations, sales forecasting and reporting, quotations.
- Have experience working at a Western company and/or with Westerners.
- Ability to work independently and with remotely located management while keeping his management involved and informed in full transparency. Self-starter and flexible. Willing to learn.
- Ability to travel - Driving license and Passport required.
- Excellent social and communication skills to build meaningful and trustful relationships internally and with customers.
- Capable of seeing the big picture and provide and acute sales analysis / accurate market intelligence.
- Customer oriented with the ability to act responsibly and with flexibility.
It would be a big plus if you:
- Have some business experience with / or working at Paint Manufacturers (PPG, Axalta, BASF etc) or related to the Automotive Refinish sector.
- Speak Chinese.
- Have experience of dealing with SEA customers (other-than Vietnamese).
