Main Responsibilities
MISSIONS
- Build and manage a strong social media presence that aligns with the brand's global strategy. In charge of advocacy content (paid & organic) and driving consumer engagement strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations
- Develop and execute media strategies that maximize brand visibility and business impact. Deliver excellent full-funnel media execution while ensuring an optimal and efficient investment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop our advocacy strategy, which covers both our paid and organic content - on all relevant social media channels. Evaluate the latest market and consumer insights to create efficient activation plans
- Oversee the planning and execution of influencer marketing strategy of brands and manage operations excellence of the Management agency
- Identify, select, and promote collaboration with influencers as part of our advocacy strategy. Lead initiatives to develop relationships with influencers.
- Coordinate our event calendar and define the best timing for our brand events and influencer seedings
- Develop an influencer commerce strategy and pool of influencers for social commerce
- Regularly track the relevant KPIs, evaluate them, and propose optimization or improvement plans.
- Cultivate in-depth media knowledge with a focus on social media platforms and work with media managers in a KPI-driven manner
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
- Internal: Product Manager, Online Brand Manager, Content/Design Team
- External: Influencers, Social Media Agencies, MCNs, customers
KPIS
- Brand share of views and share of engagement
- Increased brand advocacy and influencer collaborations
- Achievement of important metrics throughout the consumer journey, from awareness to conversion. For example: Reach & Frequency, Engagement, ROAS, etc.
- Adherence to media budget and timelines
- Consistent brand presence across all media platforms
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, media, or communication
- Social media savvy and deep knowledge of the influencer world. Be one step ahead of the social media trends
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing complex tasks and good at project management
