Main Responsibilities

1. Sales Process Management

  • Support the bidding process to secure project opportunities and contribute to successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the execution of the sales process, ensuring timely completion of deals.
  • Identify and maintain a list of potential clients and key decision-makers for outreach.

2. Sales & Trading Strategy

  • Identify potential market opportunities and forecast industry trends.
  • Implement trading strategies to enhance the company's market presence in Vietnam.
  • Provide recommendations to clients on market entry strategies and trading best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze trading activities to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to trading in Vietnam.

3. Market Understanding

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to identify business opportunities.

4. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Address customer requirements effectively, offering customized trading solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth collaboration and problem resolution.
  • Expand networks with partners and industry associations.
  • Engage with prospects, partners, and clients to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Identify potential markets and provide insights for targeted client prospecting.

5. Team & Resource Management

  • Promote accountability and efficiency within the trading team.
  • Support team members in meeting client expectations and resolving challenges.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to align with company goals.
  • Recommend tools and processes to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in prioritizing projects based on business impact.

6. Operational Management

  • Develop and adjust action plans as required.
  • Monitor and analyze trading performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize efficiency.
  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service.
  • Participate in team engagement activities to maintain motivation.
  • Implement tracking methodologies to measure effectiveness.

7. Commercial Representation

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key business meetings.
  • Serve as a key contact for local market interactions and trading opportunities.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor in BA/International Business/Business Development/Marketing with technical background is preferred

Experience:

  • At least 5 years experience in trading activities. Technical B2B sales experience is preferable.
  • A proven track record of forecasting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Experience in international working environments is preferable.
  • Experience in the import & export process.

Skills/Personal Quality required:

  • Must be self-driven and can achieve goals while operating independently.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (speaking & writing).
  • Commercial mindset, strong interpersonal & great communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PPT). Experience in ERP is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
  • Tactful, proactive and autonomous.
  • Well-organized and co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.
  • Can-do attitude, result-oriented and detail-oriented.
