• Review payment documents submitted via Ariba (VAT invoices and related supporting documents). Check VAT invoices, contract and receipt details, documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure documents are valid and complete before approving payment.
• Receive supporting documents from internal staff for expense claims.
• Verify VAT invoices, business trip approvals, and budget alignment.
• Approve valid claims or notify staff in case of issues.
• Communicate with internal teams or vendors when clarification on documents is needed.
• Be prepared for a high workload around two fixed payment cycles: Thursday of Week 1 and Week 3 monthly

• Understanding of standard payment documents (e.g., invoice, contract, approval request).
• Ability to detect and address errors in VAT invoices (e.g., return to vendor for correction).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when needed
